Fue muy reconfortante diseñar para Bee2Be porque había una causa de por medio. Al principio resultó un reto grande, ya que como estudiante me sentía con la responsabilidad personal de poder reflejar lo que he aprendido y encapsular cada una de las características de la abeja melipona. 
A pesar de que la abeja es un animal muy diverso e inigualable, hay características precisas en donde se necesitaría indagar bien para obtener una abstracción interesante. Por eso mismo, ocupe curvas, lazos, flores y figuras geométricas en mi composición, así como colores neutros para no saturar de más la composición. 
Enterarme que soy una de las finalistas me hizo sentirme orgullosa tanto del trabajo que yo hice pero del trabajo que estan haciendo en Bee2Be, porque más allá de concursar me hicieron tomar consciencia de una especie en peligro, especie que no conocía antes.

It was very rewarding to design for Bee2Be because there was a cause involved. At first it was a big challenge, since as a student I felt a personal responsibility to be able to reflect what I had learned and encapsulate each of the characteristics of the melipona bee.
Although the bee is a very diverse and unique animal, there are precise characteristics where it would be necessary to investigate well to obtain an interesting abstraction. For this reason, I used curves, bows, flowers and geometric figures in my composition, as well as neutral colors so as not to oversaturate the composition.
Finding out that I am one of the finalists made me feel so proud of the work that I did but of the work that they are doing in Bee2Be, because beyond competing they made me aware of an endangered species, a species that I did not know before.
